Alexander Gruzmark

Alexander Gruzmark was born in Lvov, Ukraine, and immigrated to the United States in 1978, where he was raised and educated.  Mr. Gruzmark graduated from Loyola University in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and then completed his education at Loyola University School of Law in 1998 where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Gruzmark has been practicing law in Illinois for almost 20 years.  During Law School, Mr. Gruzmark worked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office under a 711 License, and also volunteered at the Free Legal Aid Clinic at Loyola University School of Law helping the less fortunate obtain legal representation.  Since Mr. Gruzmark began his practice, he has concentrated on providing solid, outstanding representation for his clients.  Mr. Gruzmark’s goal is to afford his clients with the best legal services available along with providing each client the personal attention they deserve.  Mr. Gruzmark is an accomplished, compassionate, aggressive attorney who is going to diligently provide the best legal representation for you and your loved ones.

Andrew J. Long

Andrew Long lives in Naperville, Illinois, with his wife and four children.  Andrew graduated with honors in 1990 from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.  In 1993, Mr. Long earned his Juris Doctorate degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  He was licensed in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District in 1993.   Since becoming a licensed attorney, Andrew has represented thousands of personal injury victims and tried over 200 jury trials.  He has had winning verdicts in Cook, Kane, Will, DuPage and Lake Counties and successfully argued before the First District Appellate Court.  He has also served as arbitrator and litigant in many forms of alternative dispute resolutions.  Andrew also has significant experience in personal injury, nursing home litigation, products liability and other types of civil litigation.

Martin LaScola (Of Counsel)

Martin LaScola attended Marquette University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Philosophy before attending the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  Martin is an experienced trial attorney with a broad base of experience in all aspects of criminal defense.  Entering his fifteenth year of practice, he began his career as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney under former Cook County State’s Attorney Richard Devine. During nearly 5 years as an Assistant State’s Attorney, Mr. LaScola prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from simple misdemeanor offenses to serious felony crimes.  After his time in the public sector, Martin entered private practice in 2004, and over his 10 + year career as a criminal defense attorney, has taken hundreds of cases to trial and pre-trial motion hearings.  With an impressive rate of success at trial, Martin brings this wealth of experience to you. Martin is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in the State Circuit courts throughout Illinois as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

David S. Spada (Of Counsel)

A graduate of Loyola University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, David continued his education at John Marshall Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate. Before starting his own law firm, David worked in several Chicago area law practices where he specialized in Workers’ Compensation, Real Estate, Personal Injury and Traffic Matters. Among David’s accomplishments are: Personally settling over millions of dollars in workers’ compensation cases. Closing over 100 residential real estate deals per year. Handling numerous traffic tickets in the Chicagoland area.
